It can still work, but they don't rank well in Google, so you'll need to find other ways to get traffic to your site - article marketing, ppc etc. If you want to promote ebay products, I think you are better off creating hubpages and adding the ebay capsule from there. Hubpages DO rank well on G. @ Judy

If you are going to offer a free report in order for people to take your offer then you need somewhere to put it.
